    Claim the listing

    Open your firm or platform profile and submit a claim with work email and company domain. Mismatches need a short evidence note.

  2. 02

    Manual review

    Maya and Index ops review domain evidence and listing accuracy. Target: about five business days after a complete claim.

  3. 03

    Claim approved

    You control the listing path. We may invite you to founding Index Verified review against this page.

  4. 04

    Index Verified badge

    After Trust Gate, the badge appears on your profile and you become eligible for Verified-preferring decide-path routing (firms only).

Advisory firms

For practices in the firm directory. Badge holders have claimed their listing, passed manual review, and meet the firm standards below.

  • Published profile

    The firm appears in the directory with a complete public profile: program focus, jurisdiction, and contact paths we can verify.

  • Domain evidence

    An approved claim ties the listing to a company domain the practice controls. We reject lookalike or third-party submissions without evidence.

  • Methodology alignment

    Index Verified practices agree to cite authoritative program sources and avoid misleading rate or refundability claims in client-facing materials.

  • Responsive lead handling

    Verified firms receive routed inquiries from Credit Index profiles and are expected to reply within about 48 hours.

R&D Credit Platforms

For software and solutions on /platforms. Index Verified platforms are reviewed as products, not as consulting firms. Operator-reported metrics on a profile are labeled separately and are not the same as the Index Verified badge.

  • Published platform profile

    A complete public listing on /platforms: positioning, jurisdictions covered, capabilities, and outbound demo or booking paths we can review.

  • Operator and product evidence

    We confirm the vendor controls the stated website / product domain and that demo, booking, and AI discovery links resolve to the listed operator.

  • Claims hygiene

    Marketing and proof metrics must be labeled (for example operator-reported). Listings must not present Credit Index as a regulator endorsement or as tax advice.

  • Lane integrity

    Platforms stay in the software lane. They are not listed as advisory firms, and Index Verified does not route marketplace Leads to platforms.

  2. Platforms: find your product or open your platform profile and claim, or use the form below with product URL and jurisdictions.

FAQ for partners

Is Index Verified a government endorsement?
No. It is Credit Index methodology only. It is not an IRS, HMRC, CRA, ATO, or other regulator endorsement, licence, or certification of tax positions.
How long does review take?
After a complete claim with domain evidence, we aim to respond within about five business days. Complex or incomplete evidence can take longer.
Do Verified firms get guaranteed leads?
No. Verified firms become eligible for preferred routing when CFOs request an introduction after an estimate. We do not promise volume or signed engagements.
Do platforms receive marketplace leads?
No. Platforms are software listings. Demo and booking links are outbound CTAs. Marketplace Leads route to advisory firms.
What is the founding cohort?
A limited set of claimed practices and platforms invited to Index Verified review on founding terms. Caps and rules are summarized in our GTM cohort notes and on /partners.
