The service
The Site provides informational directories, calculators, and educational materials related to R&D tax programs and compliance themes. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued without notice.
Not professional advice
Nothing on the Site is tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make after using the Site. Always consult qualified professionals and official sources before relying on any summary, score, badge, or estimate.
Third-party listings and outbound links
Listings may describe independent firms, vendors, or individuals. Links may leave the Site. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, security, or practices. Outbound links may include standard campaign parameters for attribution.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Credit Index and its operators, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Site will not exceed the greater of one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for disputes arising out of these terms or the Site, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
